I loved that podcast episode too! I went out and bought the fantasy book Pooja recommended at the end like immediately. I still haven't read it, but it was such a surprising recommendation from someone who is clearly thoughtful and wise, so I am excited to dig in (eventually). :)
yes I've been devouring the internet almost daily (guilty!) BUT ive also been noticing that I'm innately finding newer ways to slow down in between. ie: staring out the window for like 30 minutes, observing nature. it seems like my system is trying to balance itself out.
